PDM offers its property management services to select clients who hold a portfolio of strategic properties. PDM currently manages commercial, residential, industrial and institutional properties such as education institutions among others.

PDM has a multidisciplinary in-house technical team that diagnoses breakdowns and undertakes repairs and in the instances of outsourced works,  provides technical guidance and supervision. Through its bespoke Computerized Maintenance Management System, PDM is able to implement a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance programme that ensures that all possible breakdowns are detected before they are advanced and result in other collateral damage as well as track all repairs and associated costs.

The Estate Agents Act prescribes the management fees for the management of commercial properties as 7.5% of the gross rents that can be negotiated a fee not less than 2.5% of the gross rents and the management fees for residential properties as 10% of the gross rent but not less than 5% of the gross rents.
