Project Initiation

PDM conducts feasibility studies for both its own and third-party clients to test concepts and establish financial viability. We refine each client’s brief and then translate it into terms of engagement for the consulting team. This team is responsible for turning the client’s vision into reality.

Pre-contract Coordination

This aspect involves identifying potential design teams, negotiating consultants’ fees on behalf of clients, and drafting consultant agreements. Additionally, it includes conducting design and development meetings and ensuring that the design team meets the agreed-upon terms.

Post-contract Coordination

Chairing construction site meetings, coordinating construction team and design teams to ensure smooth flow of information and obtaining client approvals whenever required.

Project Closure

Coordinating the project team in project close out and ensuring snagging is undertaken, collation of handover documentation
