Headquartered in Kenya, PDM operates across the entire East African region. We specialize in property development and offer a broad range of services, including property and facilities management, project and construction management, and real estate advisory services.
Our landmark developments in Kenya include the IPS Building, Nairobi’s first high-rise in the Central Business District (CBD), and the prestigious Nation Centre, also in the heart of the CBD. In Westland’s, we developed the award-winning Courtyard along General Mathenge Drive. More recently, we completed Vienna Court, a premium Grade A office block on State House Crescent in Nairobi. Vienna Court, one of our most iconic projects, earned LEED Gold certification and was named the best office development in Africa at the 2017/18 International Property Awards. Additionally, PDM is the proprietor of the iconic DTB Centre in Kampala, Uganda.

Incorporated in 1963, PDM is an affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) which has been active in East Africa for nearly a century in the areas of health, education, insurance, tourism, banking, industrial development and property.
The major shareholders of PDM are the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED), Jubilee Holdings Limited, and Nation Media Group Limited, all of which are part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN).
